From then on, people wanted to know Jenner's secret to eternal youth. As reports by People later revealed, Jenner sought out Dr. Steven Levine, a plastic surgeon in New York City, for her new look. Jenner said that she and Dr. Levine came up with a secret password that only her friends and family had in order to see him for consultations. They were both aware of the fact that his popularity would soar following the reveal of Jenner's new look. 

It's no secret that the Kardashian-Jenner clan loves to get work done, and there's no shame in that. Not only does Jenner continue to change her look, but her daughters do, too. Kris Jenner isn't bashful about her new look. In fact, the reality star is loud and proud about what she's done to look so fresh and youthful. In an interview with Vogue Arabia in August 2025, Jenner, who was 69, got candid. "I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh," Jenner explained. "I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy. Just because you get older, it doesn't mean you should give up on yourself. If you feel comfortable in your skin and you want to age gracefully — meaning you don't want to do anything — then don't do anything. But for me, this is ageing gracefully. It's my version." 

Jenner explained that her daughter, Kylie Jenner, went with her to the procedure, while Kim Kardashian was there via FaceTime. "I decided to reveal some details because I feel it can be very ­inspirational to people who aren't feeling so great about ­themselves. Even when I had my hip replacement, we filmed it. I have the conviction that sharing these things can be helpful," Jenner added. People loved the new look and have been raving about it on social media. "Kris looks so goooood!" a fan commented on Instagram. "[Kris Jenner] is officially the hottest Kardashian sister," another wrote. "Grandma stealing the show," another joked. Clearly, Jenner's version of aging gracefully is going well.
