Let's be honest, junk food makes life fun and just a little bit more worth living. Not every meal we eat is going to be good for our bodies, but we at least try as much as we can. Just imagine how much easier life would be if our favorite high calorie snacks were good for us. It sounds too good to be true, and it definitely is!

If we lived in a perfect world, what foods do you wish were healthy? I'm sure we all have some overlaps on this one. We've created a list of some of our favorite junk food items that we wish were actually good for us. We need your hope to create the ranking! Go ahead and give us your vote for your favorite (and least favorite) junk foods of all time. You might be surprised to see how many people agree with you!

French Fries

Since potatoes are technically a vegetable, why aren't french fries healthy?! We love potatoes in all of their many forms, but there's no denying that fried makes the top of our list. Nothing tops the salty, warm, crunchy goodness of a french fry. Paired with a sauce of your choosing, it's a hard one to beat.

Pizza

Just because pizza is usually made of tomato sauce, that doesn't mean it's even remotely healthy. All of that bread, cheese, and whatever else we choose to slap on there cannot be good for us. Maybe a vegetable pizza isn't as bad, but if you're trying to eat healthy, stick to a salad or something.

Ice Cream

Ice cream wouldn't be all so bad for us if it wasn't loaded with copious amounts of sugar. If we're not doubled over with a stomach ache, we're at the dentist with a cavity. There's really no way of escaping the wrath of a delicious scoop of ice cream. We'll keep eating it because it's worth the consequences, but boy we wish it wasn't!

Potato Chips

These days they aren't just potato chips-- there's close to a million options of different flavors of potato chips on the shelves. It might have the word "potato" in it, but we're not talking about an innocent vegetable anymore.

Chocolate

If you have even somewhat of a sweet tooth, this one hits home for you. Don't worry, we're totally onboard with you for this one. Anyone in their right mind probably considers chocolate an addiction. It has been noted that some types of unsweetened chocolates have health benefits for us, but where's all the fun in that?

Popcorn

You're probably not surprised to learn that your favorite movie theater snack is anything but good for you. It probably wouldn't be so bad if we laid off the salty butter, but where's the fun in that?

Donuts

There's nothing like the sweet, warm, flakey goodness of a donut. Some might say it's a breakfast food, but there's never a bad time to enjoy a donut. In today's world, just about every assortment of donut you could imagine is somewhere out there... calling your name!

Hamburgers

We're not talking about a fancy grass-fed beef bun-less hamburger, we're talking a big greasy burger from your favorite fast food chain. No matter how we attempt to justify it, a hamburger isn't as healthy as we'd like it to be.

Chicken Nuggets

We don't even have to explain to you why chicken nuggets aren't our go-to healthy food. Depending on where you get them, the amount of fat and sodium in an order of chicken nuggets isn't even worth trying to justify. Not to mention all of the barbecue sauce, honey mustard, and ranch we love to dunk them in.

Cookies

Not all cookies are sent from the devil, but your favorite ones probably are. We wish more than anything that a chocolate chip cookie delivered us the same nutrients as a forkful of spinach. Unfortunately, that's just not how the cookie crumbles.
