Emily Hutchinson has worked as a freelance journalist since college before transitioning into full-time writing and sub-editing stories on all things showbiz. Her background also includes general interest stories for her local newspaper, as well as lifestyle features, with a focus on women's interests. In 2021, she joined Static Media, where her passion for all things celebrity, beauty, and women's lifestyle is put to good use. Her work has also been featured on all corners of the online and print world, including Cosmopolitan, Inquisitr, The Mirror, Digital Spy, and Yahoo.

Emily has a B.A. in media with a pathway in journalism from Nottingham Trent University. She also has an M.A. in film, television, and screen industries from The University of Nottingham.
