We need to talk, Grey's Anatomy fans. We've finally reached the final episode of season 14, and we're not sure how to feel. But, what's coming next? You've come to the right place. Possibly.
Meanwhile, fans are also getting ready for a JoLex wedding. After all these years, we're finally going to see Alex (Justin Chambers) and Jo (Camilla Luddington) tie the knot. Maybe.
And what about Meredith (Ellen Pompeo)? Will she find love by the end of season 14? We love single Mer, but we saw her put away McDreamy's things at the end of the last episode. So, who knows what will happen next?

Grey's Anatomy Season 14 Episode 24 Synopsis And Promo Trailer
Before we dive into the big spoilers, we need to take a look at what ABC has already given us. Here is the synopsis of the episode, courtesy of TV Guide and the official promo trailer for "All of Me."
Synopsis:
The Season 14 finale. Meredith Grey and the team of doctors at Grey Sloan Memorial are faced with life-or-death decisions on a daily basis. They seek comfort from one another, and, at times, more than just friendship. Together they discover that neither medicine nor relationships can be defined in black and white.
Hold up. Is that just the basic synopsis for Grey's Anatomy? Yes. It looks like ABC is being extra sneaky about the finale for season fourteen. But, why? Expect big things. Right, Shonda?
So, it looks like we can only look towards the trailer for the episode, which is filled with happy smiles and hilarious antics from Jo and Alex.
Now, let's get into the spoilers.
Will Jo And Alex Get Married?
The promo obviously showed us that a series of unlucky events happen to JoLex before their wedding ceremony. But, do they make it out in time? We definitely think so! Or they at least find a way to get married on their own. Perhaps they'll get their own version of a Post-It note.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly Luddington revealed that Jo and Alex might actually make it to the next level of their relationship after all.
"I am so excited for Jo and Alex to finally seal the deal and get married," Luddington said. "But in true Jolex form, the wedding will have lots of twists and turns to it."
And we're excited to see it unfold. But, what about everyone else? Will we get a happy ending?
We Won't Get An Explosive Finale
It looks like things will be relatively calm for the Grey's Anatomy season 14 finale. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Camilla Luddington revealed that we won't see anything like the season 13 finale. After all, her on-screen BFF, Stephanie Edwards (Jerrika Hinton), was burnt alive in the last finale.
"We did lose two actresses that we had to say goodbye to. But there's no giant explosion," Luddington said. "In that way, it's not one of those finales. I would say that there are lots of beautiful moments. I hope that the audience does enjoy it."
We're relieved to hear that there won't be any big explosions. But, does this mean Arizona and April's last episode will be boring? We aren't so sure where this is going.
But, just because it's not explosive doesn't mean that there isn't something big coming.
Will Arizona Or April Die In The Finale?
Unfortunately, we don't have a solid answer for this one. There's a lot of speculation, but we definitely get the vibe that both Arizona and April are going to make it out of Seattle alive.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Ellen Pompeo revealed that people on Grey's only get killed off when their behavior offset is "bad."
"You only get killed off when your behavior is bad. If you're a nice actor, you die nice," Pompeo said, comparing April and Arizona's departure from the show's to Cristina Yang (Sandra Oh).
"[Oh] left in the most amazing way," Pompeo added. "She gave everybody so much notice. She knew 10 seasons was all she wanted to do and they don't get much classier than Sandra Oh. But yeah, these endings aren't tragic."
So, it looks like April and Arizona's departures aren't tragic. However, there will be some tragedy in the finale.
Someone Bleeds Out In The Middle Of The JoLex Wedding
It looks like something happens during the JoLex wedding. In photos released by ABC ahead of the episode, someone bleeds out in the middle of the whole thing. But, who? And why are April and Arizona talking in the middle of cleanup?
Maybe Arizona is trying to convince April to move to New York with her and Sofia? Who knows. But, we know that the Grey's team wouldn't put these photos out without thinking it through. So, for now, we won't speculate too much.
