Easy Easter Brunch Recipes That Stand Out
Bacon Cheddar Egg Muffins
These Bacon Cheddar Egg Muffins are an easy-to-make and unique take on your typical egg dish. Carissa Stanton aka Broccyourbody is known for her easy yet delicious recipes that are guaranteed crowd-pleasers. These egg "muffins" take almost no time to make and give you some downtime while they're in the oven so you can focus on other dishes or setting the table. The best part? You can add anything you want to these egg muffins - keep them vegetarian, add some sausage, bacon, or make a variety!
Freezer-Prep French Toast Sticks
Everyone loves French Toast, but a full serving can be a little bit filling and sweet, which is why these French Toast Sticks make the perfect option for a buffet-style brunch. This recipe from Tasty calls for Texas Toast as the bread, which really is the key here to get those thick, delicious French Toast slices. We love this particular recipe because you can actually prepare these beforehand, freeze them, and just plop them in the oven at 350°F for 10-15 minutes whenever it's Brunch time!
Sausage Cheese Biscuits
This recipe is so easy, there are literally 2 steps, and the ingredients are so simple. Use your favorite roll of biscuits, and top them with your cooked sausage, eggs, cheese, and onions, then just plop them in the oven and enjoy 15 minutes of downtime! This is another perfect option for your Easter smorgasbord, they're easily grabbable and pre-portioned. Who wouldn't love these amped-up biscuits?
Simple Springtime Salad
If you're having more of a lunchtime Brunch, we highly recommend adding a colorful Spring Salad to your spread! According to Southern Living, there are three key ingredients for the perfect Spring Salad: strawberries, tender greens, and something crunchy. Luckily, Easter coincides with strawberry season, so you can highlight fresh ripe strawberries as the star of your salad, on top of some tender baby greens of your choice, and maybe topped with some honey-glazed nuts, or golden goat cheese croutons!
Strawberry Slab Pie
If you really want to impress your guests, try your hand at something a little more challenging like this mouth-wateringly good Strawberry Slab Pie! As we mentioned earlier, strawberries are perfectly in season for Easter, and they make delicious pie fillings. This recipe is perfect for large groups, yielding 16 servings (you can always halve the recipe). If you don't have time to make your own dough, you can always use store-bought!
Festive Easter Brunch Place Settings & Decorations
Vase of Tulips & Chocolate Bunny Name Cards
We love this simple and Spring-y table decor inspired by Driven by Decor. Grab a few bouquets of tulips in your colors of preference, and throw them together in a large vase or pitcher for the perfect table centerpiece. We also love these chocolate bunny name cards to put out for your guest's seating arrangement; they can take these bunnies home with them or eat them as a dessert treat! (Who doesn't love a chocolate bunny on Easter!?)
Easy Easter DIY Arrangement
Stone Gable Blog shared this gorgeous easy Easter DIY arrangement, and we're obsessed! You don't have to be crafty or artsy to achieve this beautiful arrangement, all you need are some faux spring flower stems, faux eggs, and a glass cylinder. The eggs do a great job holding each stem right where you place it, and they're also perfectly on-theme for Easter!
Mini Succulent Easter Baskets
We're dying over these adorable miniature succulent Easter baskets that can even be used as place markers. Kara Whitten of A Kailo Chic Life gets all the credit for coming up with these perfect little additions to your Easter table! The pop of green (or whatever color succulent you choose) always looks great on a table, and your guests will be able to bring their succulent home and have something to remember the experience by!
Fresh Flowers and Napkin Bunny Ears
Perhaps one of the easiest and chicest ways to decorate your Easter table is simply by placing fresh flowers directly on the table. Easter is synonymous with Spring, and adding some florals to your table really helps tie the occasion together! Speaking of tying together, we love this idea of wrapping a napkin around an egg and tying the ends to look like bunny ears. This is an easy and adorable DIY that you can do with things you already have around the house!
Nothing says Spring, breakfast, and Easter morning like the color yellow. Grab some yellow flowers - sunflowers, roses, daffodils, whichever you prefer - and throw them in a vase in the center of the table. Accent with yellow napkins and a yellow pennant string for extra effect. We also love the extra pop of yellow in the bowl of lemons placed on the table.
Tiered Egg Nests
We love this idea of using a tiered cake stand but instead of holding cakes, putting little egg nests on each of the tiers. All you need is a tiered cake stand, some fake (or real) straw or nest material, and some eggs! You can even get creative with the tiers and maybe put eggs in one, and bunnies in another. Maybe have a tier full of flowers - the options are endless! Get creative and have fun with it!
