The Baby Boomer generation and the Millennial generation are known to be very different. In fact, according to Wikipedia, "Baby Boomer is a term used to describe a person who was born between 1946 and 1964. A Millennnial, also known as Generation Y or Gen Y, is someone who is typically born in the early 1980s to the mid-1990s.

Millennials are also sometimes referred to as 'echo boomers' due to a major surge in birth rates in the 1980s and 1990s, and because millennials are often the children of the baby boomers." There is a major difference between these two generations and one of those differences revolves around language, communication, ways of speaking, and more!
