Shiloh Jolie's Lavish Life Is Hard To Believe

When you're the child of one of the most famous (and rich) celebrity couples in the world, a lavish lifestyle comes with the territory. Just ask Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's daughter, Shiloh Jolie. When she entered the world in 2006, the public was instantly fascinated by the little girl. In fact, interest in Shiloh was so high that she became Madame Tussauds' youngest wax figure, and People allegedly paid over $4 million for rights to her baby pictures, according to ABC News. But that's chump change for Shiloh and her family.

Angelina's net worth is $120 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth, while Brad has amassed an eye-watering $400 million. Those hefty sums ensure the couple's six children are set for life. "They created accounts for all their kids to use for things like education and travel and even to buy their own homes down the line," a source told Life & Style in 2024. "All the kids have all had very careful forward planning done for them financially, whether it's magazine paydays, or inheritance from relatives, or money accumulated in trust over the years." And while that's certainly a boon, Shiloh hasn't exactly needed her trust fund to live the high life. She's been enjoying the fancier things for years.

Shiloh Jolie reportedly earns nearly 20 times the average teen salary

Shiloh Jolie is making her own money — and a lot of it. In addition to being part of one of the wealthiest families in the world, In Touch reported in 2023 the then-16-year-old made $14,000 per week in her own right. An insider claimed Shiloh earned what equates to $56,000 per month (or $728,000 per year) through dance gigs, tutoring, and her work as a production assistant.

That's around 17 times more than even her best paid peers, since the average American teenager earns between $2,700 and $3,200 per month, according to Kids' Money. But Shiloh reportedly had another major money-making opportunity knocking on her door, which could see her bring in even more cash. "She's been offered lucrative modeling gigs, which she's mulling over. Shiloh says modeling isn't her thing, but she would use the paycheck to finance her dance, art and movie projects," the In Touch source said.

Shiloh has never publicly confirmed her impressive income, but she's reportedly saved enough to buy what she wants. When she decided in 2024 she no longer wanted to use her dad's surname, a source told Entertainment Tonight she undertook the legalities on her own dime. "Shiloh hired her own lawyer and paid for it herself, so [Angelina] doesn't know and can't speak for it," the source said. As In Touch's insider noted, "[Shiloh is] savvy when it comes to finances."

Big shopping sprees have always been part of Shiloh Jolie's life

Ever since Shiloh Jolie was born, she and her siblings have been showered with gifts and treated to shopping sprees. Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's kids reportedly enjoyed the Harry Potter movies so much that the then-couple spent around $2,500 on merchandise from London department store Harrods in 2012, according to The Sun

But that was just a drop in the ocean, as the parents allegedly spent more than $124,000 total on children's items during their visit to the British capital. The Mirror claimed Brad returned to Harrods several times to make purchases for his kids, reportedly splashing out around $25,000 on one visit. The insider didn't confirm what items Shiloh was treated to, but seeing as her brother Pax got a designer suit and shoes and Zahara was gifted two Dior tops, it was likely lavish. During another trip to London four years later, a source told Us Weekly that Angelina visited the prestigious toy store Hamleys to stock up on toys.

That was hardly the only time the family's spending habits hit the headlines. In 2011, the "Lara Croft: Tomb Raider" actor was photographed buying Shiloh and Zahara play money in a toy store, and, in 2019, they were seen in Rome picking up toys including Hulk gloves. There are also snaps of Shiloh and the gang splashing out the cash over the years at the likes of Toys R Us, FAO Schwarz, and The Toy Station.

Her parents' huge homes were decked out for child's play

It's one thing to grow up in multi-million dollar homes across the globe, but it's another when those mansions are decked out for playtime too. And, fortunately for Shiloh, her parents' Los Angeles homes boasted plenty of child-friendly gear. One of Angelina Jolie's homes had a big pool with inflatables for the kids, as well as a basketball net and a trampoline. When the kids headed over to Brad Pitt's, they could choose between a swing set, a slide, another trampoline, and even a skate park (as well as his huge pool).

The inside of the Angelina and Brad's many homes were equally impressive. In 2016, Us Weekly claimed the then-couple rented a London home with a pool and gym for $21,000 per month. Angelina stepped things up later that year when she signed on the dotted line for a gated Malibu home on the beach, which Daily Mail reported cost $95,000 per month.

Then there was Angelina and Brad's very impressive French vineyard, Château Miraval. People claimed the sprawling property was purchased for $60 million and featured a home theater, video game room, and even a dirt bike track for the youngsters.

She has friends in high places

With two very famous parents, it's only natural Shiloh Jolie has high-profile friends. Shiloh is famously friendly with "Stranger Things" star Millie Bobby Brown, who she's been spotted with multiple times. In February 2019, Shiloh and Zahara Jolie enjoyed a meal with Brown in Los Angeles and, four months later, Brown shared an Instagram Stories snap with the two sisters captioned "best friends 4L" (via X, formerly known as Twitter). Shiloh, Zahara, and Brown were together again that July, as the trio grabbed lunch before visiting a pet rescue center.

Spending time with famous faces is nothing new for Shiloh, who grew up around celebrities. In 2011, Us Weekly reported Shiloh and her siblings had playdates with Gwen Stefani and her children in London. Then, the Star reported in 2015 that Shiloh ran into Katie Holmes' and Tom Cruise's daughter Suri Cruise (who's had a total transformation over the years) at the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards and struck up a sweet bond. "Suri was shy at first, but Shiloh is really outgoing — during a commercial, she started talking to Suri, and they became instant friends," a source said, though it's not clear if the two stayed in touch.

Shiloh Jolie has a penchant for expensive clothing (often borrowed from her mom's closet)

Shiloh Jolie may primarily live her life outside the spotlight, she still pops up on red carpets to support her family. And when she does, she dresses the part. Shiloh's stunning style transformation has included designer outfits and pricey pieces from her mom's wardrobe. In 2021, the beauty walked the red carpet at the "Eternals" Los Angeles premiere with Angelina Jolie and her siblings, wearing her mom's Gabriela Hearst dress.

"We did all vintage and upcycled my old stuff," Angelina told Entertainment Tonight, specifically referring to Zahara Jolie in one of her most stunning outfits, also borrowed from mom's closet. Later that month, Shiloh slipped into a reworked version of the black-and-white Dior gown her mom wore in 2019 to promote "Maleficent: Mistress of Evil."

Angelina is happy to see her kids raid her wardrobe, so Shiloh could inherit a whole collection of quiet luxury pieces. "I'm like, 'Oh my god, wear it and wear it better than me! Take it, it's your turn.' I'm that mom," the activist told E! News in 2021.

The holidays have always been lavish affairs for Shiloh Jolie

Shiloh Jolie and her family have always celebrated the holidays in a big way. In 2012, Shiloh was photographed with her mom and younger siblings, Knox and Vivienne (who's since undergone a gorgeous transformation), picking out Halloween costumes. A source told People that Angelina Jolie planned to make the holiday exciting for her family.

"Halloween is a big deal for the kids. There are decorations everywhere at the house and the kids are already dressing up. They will have a party at school and will also go trick-or-treating with their friends on Halloween. The kids are all very excited," they said.

But it sounds like the family do Christmas even bigger. Though most people head home for the holidays, they do the opposite. "I love to travel in the holidays, because I feel like I'd rather give the kids the gift of a new country than a box of presents. But I still give them some presents!" Angelina told the Irish Examiner in 2012. That year, E! News revealed Shiloh and her family had jetted off to the private island of Parrot Kay in the Caribbean for Christmas. Then, in 2015, the family reportedly spent much of December in Thailand, where they stayed in a villa Page Six claimed cost $18,000 per night.

She grew up with staff catering to her every need

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt reportedly had several staff members while their kids were growing up, meaning Shiloh Jolie and her siblings' every need was taken care of. A source told The New Zealand Herald in 2015 that the then-married couple employed a personal assistant and manager, multiple nannies, a chef, a housekeeper, two cleaners, two drivers, and a security team. "Not all the staff travel with them but the five nannies and PAs do. They also tend to travel with a nurse when outside of the US in case anything happens to the children," the insider said.

Writer Andrew Morton claimed in his 2010 book "Angelina: An Unauthorised Biography" that Angelina had 25 staff members. "The house was filled with nannies from Vietnam, the Congo, and the US; four nurses, a doctor on permanent call; two personal assistants; a cook; a maid; two cleaners; a busboy; four bodyguards, and six French former army guards patrolling the grounds," he wrote (via Standard).

Their former bodyguard Mark Billingham opened up in 2016 about working for the famous family, sharing he spent a lot of time with Shiloh and her siblings. "We got very close, I was living with them all the time," he told The Sun. "I took them swimming. I fathered them, basically," he added.

Shiloh Jolie has enjoyed countless expensive pastimes

Shiloh Jolie's lavish lifestyle has allowed her to try pricey pastimes most children could only dream of — she was hitting the slopes on family ski trips before she was even 2 years old. Page Six reported the clan visited a California ski resort in 2008, where Brad Pitt guided his then-youngest daughter down the slopes. Dashing through the snow clearly became a favorite pastime for the group. A decade later, Shiloh broke her arm during a snowboarding vacation. Thankfully, she made a full recovery, with a source telling People, "[She] is fine ... Mom was very grateful to the team who helped her."

But that's hardly the only expensive hobby Shiloh has grown up with. In 2007, she was photographed sailing with her family in Chicago. Later, in 2011, Daily Mail reported that Angelina paid for her kids to have a private screening of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2" in London, which may explain why Shiloh has developed a penchant for the arts.

"[Shiloh is] taking a big interest in arts and culture," a source told Us Weekly in 2023. "[Angelina's] very encouraging of that. She wants all the kids to explore their creative sides and hear from talented actors and actresses directly what it's like to work in the biz, how they got their start and so on and so forth."

She flew on private jets before her second birthday

Forget cramped coach flying, Shiloh Jolie has been on countless private jets touching down all over the world. When she was just 1-year-old, Shiloh was photographed being carried onto a private plane when the gang made their way to Paris, France. And the chartered flights just kept on coming.

Shiloh and co. have also boarded small planes in the likes of Mexico, London, and Czech Republic. A source even told Heat Magazine in 2013 that Brad Pitt bought Angelina her own plane because the family were such frequent flyers. "Brad wanted to gift Angelina with a jet for trips between the set of 'Fury' in London and her set of 'Unbroken,'" they claimed (via Female First). "He told her that she can choose the plane and he will pay, that way, they can fly back and forth to see each other."

Shiloh may have become a little too used to private flying over the years, though. In 2013, a source told OK! that "recently, Angelina was going to have a nanny take Shiloh to see Brad in England, and Shiloh threw a huge temper tantrum when she was told that she had to fly with people she didn't know," (via Celeb Dirty Laundry). Celeb kids will be celebs kids, right?

Her birthdays have been over the top

Shiloh Jolie has been treated to some extravagant birthday celebrations, including the time Angelina Jolie organized a Disneyland trip when she turned 11. Shiloh was joined by her siblings and friends from Cambodia, according to People, with a source sharing, "All [Shiloh] wanted for her birthday was to see her friends from Cambodia. She wants to show them America." The gang was also treated to a shopping trip at the resort in between rides.

Two years later, for Shiloh's 13th birthday, Us Weekly reported Angelina organized another enviable day out via an escape room bash in Los Angeles. "All of [Angelina]'s children as well as a group of friends attended the birthday party and spent hours going through the immersive escape rooms, eating custom birthday cakes and watching performances from a magician," they shared.

The cost of the celebration wasn't disclosed, but Angelina didn't do things by halves. "They paid to shut down the place for four hours and have full run of the facility," another source said, noting Angelina paid for all the extras and gifted T-shirts to guests. The following year, Us Weekly reported Brad Pitt was looking to treat his daughter to an over-the-top event at home. "Brad plans to organize a lot of fun stuff at his compound, like outdoor games and other surprises," a source said, noting the "Bullet Train" star's party would be in addition to a separate celebration at Angelina's. What a lucky birthday girl!
