Brenda Song Is Absolutely Flawless Going Makeup Free

On shows like "The Suite Life of Zack & Cody" and "Running Point," Brenda Song looks super glam and made up with plenty of lipstick, mascara, and eye shadow. But in real life, she's happy to let fans see her without makeup or distorting filters. And we're not surprised, because the actor's so flawless she definitely doesn't need foundation or blush.

Song's husband Macaulay Culkin made that very clear in a 2024 Instagram upload celebrating her birthday. He posted a snap of the actor sans makeup and seemingly post-shower, as she wore a robe with her hair in a towel. Even without being filled in, her eyebrows were dark and defined, while her lips were a beautiful, dark pinky-red that would make the perfect lipstick shade. Song had a little darkness under her eyes and around the lid (though we have a few tips to brighten the undereye), but her skin was enviably imperfection-free, despite appearing to be caught off-guard by the photo op.

It's no surprise Song felt so comfortable being herself in front of her husband. "I think he's the one that really made me feel the most beautiful when I'm about to go to bed and I have nothing on my face and I'm so tired," she told People of how Culkin boosts her confidence. "I have someone who makes me feel beautiful without a stitch of makeup on, because he has to sit through my 20-minute self-care at night," she added. That may be why Song has no problem sharing her own makeup-free content online.

Brenda Song showed off glowing skin without makeup during a facial

In a 2025 Instagram video, Brenda Song was au naturel while getting a facial. The clip, shared by Song, Chanel beauty account @welovecoco, and beauty expert Ivan Pol, confirmed the "Dollface" actor's skin had the most stunning lit from within glow even before her treatment. Her acne-free complexion was incredibly hydrated and didn't show any dark spots or redness; though she was blessed with flattering, naturally flush cheeks. Song also had hydrated lips (no lack of lip attention here!) with arched brows that stayed in place without the help of a pomade or gel, plus an enviable bone structure. The comments section was full of praise for her undeniable natural beauty, with one fan writing, "She's got such beautiful skin!"

Understandably with such a lack of flaws, Song is so confident without cosmetics she even appeared in a movie totally bare faced. The beauty starred alongside Pamela Anderson, who is also known to go makeup-free, in "The Last Showgirl." Song admitted she and her co-stars weren't wearing anything on their faces in some scenes. "The first day we tried makeup on and [director Gia Coppola] was like, 'It doesn't feel real.' And Pam was like, 'These women don't have time for it.' And Pamela being Pamela, she goes, 'I'm not doing it. You guys shouldn't do it either,'" Song told People. Though some actors may find that a daunting task, Song is so gorgeous without cosmetics, we're not surprised she agreed to it.
