Welcome to Seattle, bitch. There's a new Otho God in town. Are you ready, Grey's Anatomy fans? The ABC medical drama is finally adding a new orthopedic surgeon to its cast after Callie Torres (Sara Ramirez) left for New York in season 12. But, can the new guy live up to the Ortho God title? Fans of The O.C. will definitely think so, as ABC casted Chris Carmack for Grey's Anatomy season 15

For those of you who don't know (or remember), Carmack played Luke from The O.C. and, more recently, Will from Nashville. So, what will Carmack's new position as orthopedic surgeon at Grey Sloan memorial entail? Here's everything we know so far!

Who Will Chris Carmack Play in Grey's Anatomy Season 15?

Since we know that the newest season of Grey's has been labeled as the season of love, we're dying to know how Carmack's new character will fit in. Will he play Meredith's new love in interest? He certainly holds a certain McDreamy je ne sais quoi, but as of right now, that's all guesswork.

In fact, details about Carmack's character are under wraps. We don't even know the name of Carmack's character. The only thing we know for sure is that he is going to be the new orthopedic surgeon.

With fan-favorite characters like April Kepner (Sarah Drew) and Arizona Robbins (Jessica Capshaw) leaving at the end of season 14, it'll be refreshing to see new blood. I do admit that it would have been nice to see someone other than another attractive white male to show up on our television screens. But, I digress.

The possibilities behind Carmack's character are endless. Our two cents?

We hope that the introduction of a new Ortho God will tie into Jo Wilson's (Camilla Luddington) storyline since we know that Jo might finally find her speciality in season 15. For those of you who don't remember, Jo was leaning towards orthopedics with Callie as her mentor, but that quickly disappeared once Callie left for New York.

Regardless of what happens, we know we're in for a ride. Welcome to the Grey's Anatomy family, Chris!
