Learn more about the brand, Jolie Noire which represents how beautiful black is!

We are excited to announce that we will went live and spoke with the Founders of Jolie Noire, Kim and Keyondra Lockett! These sisters, created the brand because they believe representation matters.

Founded in 2019, Jolie Noire is a luxury, essential wear brand that stands for Pretty Black in French. When compared to light colors, we are primed to think that dark colors (specifically black) are negative. To change this view, Kim and Keyondra have come together to create a brand that changes the meaning, emotions, and values associated with black. Jolie Noire represents how beautiful black truly is!

Kim and Keyondra created Jolie Noire for representation and during Black History Month, February 2022, Jolie Noire officially launched in Target! Now this inclusive brand with sizes ranging from S-6XL is featured in one of the country’s largest name-brand stores!
